Five plaster 'people' stand together on the building's roof; a shopper and children appearing to chat casually with a builder. The scene looks surprisingly ordinary at first, possibly because of the reflective yellow vest, until you realise that the mini mannequins are children.

This theme of 'human' installations has become prevalent recently, with international artists like Mark Jenkins setting a standard of shocking street art (see our previous article here). In comparison, Lucas' project seems so friendly, but we can expect great things from him in the future.

Lucas Milà is a visual artist from Barcelona. He is one of the Barri Groc, a collective of visual artists who share a studio in Badalona. He also is one of the developers of Kognitif, a social art platform.
