You could be forgiven for being pretty depressed about the state of the world today. The environmentalists tell you global warming is going to melt the ice caps and plunge us all under water; the economists tell you the banking systems are about to collapse and the religious tell you the end of the world is nigh. And remember: it's all your fault. Humanity is nothing but a plague on the earth. Good for nothing, lazy, greedy, consumptive, parasites.
